Natasha Apostolidou

Natasha Apostolidou, partner, Attorney at Law, Accredited Mediator, graduated from the Law School of University of Athens in 1986 and has worked in major Greek law firms and since 2007 at the European Centre for Judges & Lawyers in Luxembourg and Brussels as adviser.

Natasha specialises in Corporate law concerning a wide range of legal issues in relation to companies and legal entities in Greece and abroad. She has vast experience in representing companies before the Greek courts and public authorities; drafting, commenting and negotiating contracts, shareholders’ agreements, business cooperation contracts etc; due diligence performance; mergers & acquisitions; competition issues; handling extra-judicial settlement of disputes; monitoring Greek company law and corporate administrative services, licensing procedures and management reports for companies in Greece.

In addition, Natasha has been counselling pharmaceutical and construction/technical companies since 2003 being also specialized in the law on public contracts & public works.

She is a member of the Hellenic Association of Corporate Attorneys and the Constitutional Rights Committee.
